Who we are

Generated Goods(“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website and the custom print-on-demand products sold through it. We are the data controller for the personal information described below. You can reach us any time at support@generatedgoods.com.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) stores your email address and basic profile details so you can sign in and view your orders.
• Order & payment information.When you buy, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, shipping address, and payment details. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.
• Designs & prompts. The text prompts you enter and the images you generate or upload are stored so we can show you your work, render previews, and print your order.
• Usage & diagnostics.We use privacy-conscious analytics (Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights) and error monitoring (Sentry) to keep the site working. These collect aggregate usage and crash data; we configure them to mask text and avoid collecting unnecessary personal detail.

How we use your information

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To generate images, render product previews, and fulfill and ship your orders.
• To send transactional email about your order (confirmation, shipping updates).
• To detect abuse, debug problems, and improve the product.

Service providers we share with

We share the minimum information necessary with trusted processors who help us run the business. We do not sell your personal information. Our key processors are:

• Clerk— authentication and account management.
• Stripe— payment processing.
• Printify(and its print partners) — manufacturing and shipping your order; receives your shipping address and the artwork to be printed.
• Resend— sending transactional order emails.
• Cloudflare R2— storing your generated and uploaded images.
• Vercel & Sentry— hosting, analytics, and error monitoring.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember the contents of your cart. Our analytics providers may set cookies to measure aggregate usage.

Data retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@generatedgoods.comand we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
