Refund & Return Policy

Every item is printed just for you, on demand. That shapes how returns and refunds work — please read this before ordering.

Made-to-order products

Because each product is custom-printed for your specific order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, a change of mind, or an incorrect size or option chosen at checkout. Please double-check your design, size, and selections before you pay.

When we’ll replace or refund

We will gladly replace the item free of charge, or refund you, if it arrives:

  • Defective— a manufacturing flaw such as misprint, peeling, or a material defect.
  • Damaged— harmed in transit.
  • Wrong— you received the wrong item, size, or design from what your order specified.

How to make a claim

Email support@generatedgoods.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number,
  • A short description of the problem, and
  • A clear photo of the item showing the defect or damage.

Once we confirm the issue we’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund — your choice. You won’t need to ship the defective item back unless we specifically ask.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. It typically takes a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Because production can begin quickly after checkout, we can only cancel an order if it hasn’t yet been sent to production. Email us right away if you need to cancel and we’ll do our best.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows a package as lost, or it’s significantly overdue, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier and our print partner to make it right.
