1. The service
Generated Goods lets you generate or upload artwork and order it printed on custom, made-to-order products. Each item is produced on demand by our print partners after you place an order.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.
3. Acceptable use & your content
You are responsible for the prompts you enter and the images you generate or upload (“your content”). You represent that you have the rights to your content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s intellectual property or other rights.
You agree not to create, upload, or order products that:
- Infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other IP — including recognizable branded characters, logos, or franchises. We screen for and reject many of these automatically.
- Are hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or unlawful.
- Depict a real person without their consent, or are otherwise defamatory.
We may refuse, cancel, or remove any order or content that violates these terms, and may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content. By placing an order, you grant us and our print partners a license to reproduce your content solely to fulfill that order. The site itself, our branding, and our software remain our property.
5. Orders, pricing & availability
Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or description error. Because items are made to order, please review your design and selections carefully before paying.
6. Returns & refunds
Our refund and return terms are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Shipping
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Because products are made to order, total delivery time includes both production and transit.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated images may contain artifacts or unexpected results; we do not guarantee that a generated image will match your expectations exactly.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Generated Goods will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
