Production time comes first
Our products are made to order, so total delivery time has two parts: production (the time to print and prepare your item) plus transit(the shipping time below). Production typically takes a few business days. The shipping speeds below describe the transit leg only — choosing a faster shipping option speeds up transit, not production.
Shipping options & rates
Apparel (United States):
- Standard— $5.99 ($9.99 for orders of 4+ items), about 3–7 business days in transit.
- Express— $12.99 ($19.99 for orders of 4+ items), about 2–4 business days in transit.
International apparel:
- Standard— $19.99. Transit times vary by destination and customs. Any import duties or taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Wall art / canvas:
- Free shipping— shipping is included in the price. Canvas pieces ship standard and aren’t eligible for express.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also see order status any time on your Orders page.
Where we ship
We ship across the United States and to many international destinations. If checkout won’t accept your address, email us and we’ll let you know whether we can reach you.
Delays
Occasionally production or carrier delays happen. If your order is running significantly behind, contact support@generatedgoods.comand we’ll look into it. Lost or damaged shipments are covered by our Refund & Return Policy.
